What is My Account?

Registering to the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us next time, making it faster to place future orders.

Once you have registered with us, you can sign in using your user name and password. We'll provide you with an address book and a reminder section, to store your recipient’s details, together with a log of orders previously placed.

A new password will be sent to your registered email. You can use that password to login to your Account and then reset it in the My Account section.

What is my Cart?

Like shopping carts in a retail store, My Cart helps you keep the things you want at one place, while you continue browsing or leave the site to think about it.

Can I remove products in my Cart?

Yes, if you wish to remove a particular product from your Cart, click on 'Cart icon' on the navigation. You will be able to see all products in your cart. Click on the 'Remove' button next to the item you wish to remove from your Cart.

Where to track my shipment of the orders?

You can track your order for the latest information on delivery. Our delivery team will send order status updates to your email.  

What are the modes of placing an order with Surprise Habesha?

Following are the ways in which you can place an order with us.

How do I find different types of products?

To make shopping easy and hassle-free for you, we have categorized our products in different categories. You have the option to choose products from categories like Flowers, Cakes and other gifts. You can also choose products based on an occasion. Happy shopping!

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in all over districts within Addis Ababa only. 

Do you make special occasion deliveries

We understand the value of your special occasion and the efforts you put to make it all look the way more special. Our proficient team can create stunning arrangements that can be gifted to your loved ones on any special occasion or moments. But the order must be at least 4 days before for a special time delivery needed. 

Is there any particular time of delivery?

All orders are delivered during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM).

Are there any shipping charges?

There is a minimal Shipping Charges for Standard Delivery.

I don't want to disclose my personal information to the recipient, how do I place the order?

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS along with your order number.

What do the different order statuses mean?

• Payment declined: The payment for your order has failed.
• Order confirmed: Your order is confirmed. It will be processes & delivered the next day.
• Out for delivery: Your order is out for delivery.
• Order delivered: Your order has been delivered.
• Delivery attempted: We tried to attempt to deliver your order but could not because the recipient was unable/recipient's number was not reachable/premises was locked/address was incomplete/incorrect.
• Returned to origin: Our delivery service tried to deliver your order twice but could not because the recipient was unable/recipient's number was not reachable/premises was locked/address was incomplete/incorrect.

How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?

Note: Please give at least 12 hours notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make changes.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

It takes up to 12 hours time to process a cancellation request.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Your refund amount shall be credited to the same Debit card/Credit card through which the payment was made.

What is Surprise Habesha's Return Policy?

No returns are allowed. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at return@surprisehabesha.com or call us at +251-946801327 (08:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday-Sunday).

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

We take strict measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during delivery or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Don't worry. You can write to us at return@surprisehabesha.com or call us at +251-946801327 (08:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday-Sunday) and we will take care of it.

What are the cases where a refund will not be made?

We do not guarantee refund for cases where: 

• Flowers, plants, cakes, sweets, gift products and preserved items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
• Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
• Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
• Cancellation/modification request made less than 12 hours prior to the date of delivery. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.

When will the refunded amount be credited back to my account?

Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 12 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
